Mobile Terms of Service

Spoon Shock (hereinafter, “We,” “Us,” “Our”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. User Opt-In 
The Program allows Users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively and manually opting into the Program. Consent to receive messages can be provided through our online checkout process, via professional B2B inquiry forms, or in person at our retail store using physical sign-up sheets or official digital intake forms (QR codes). 

By participating in the Program, you agree to receive:
• Product Launches: Notifications about our new Spoon Shock premium truffle products, seasonal culinary offers, and website shopping links.
• Shipping Updates: Notifications regarding your purchase, including tracking numbers and delivery status.
• Invoices & Trade Updates: Digital invoice notifications and trade discount updates sent to both retail customers and B2B/wholesale partners.
• Customer Feedback: Post-purchase satisfaction surveys and brand-related inquiries.

2. Consent Not a Condition of Purchase
Your consent to enroll in the Program is entirely voluntary. Enrollment and consent to receive automated marketing text messages are not a condition of any purchase or service from us.

3. Message Frequency & Rates 
For promotional and marketing materials, message frequency is approximately 1-3 messages per month. For transactional and order updates, frequency varies based on your transaction activity. We do not charge for the Program, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Support & Opt-Out
• To stop receiving messages: Reply STOP to any mobile message from us. This is the exclusive and standard method for opting out. After texting STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been successfully unsubscribed.
