Whole Fresh Winter Black Truffles come with a full bodied and earthy,  pungent, and musky flavor & strong aroma.
Fresh Winter White Truffles have a very intense and aromatic flavor. The special aroma comes from the fact that its mycelia are more closely connected to the roots of deciduous trees than in other varieties.
